Hydraulic Gantry (450T – 700T)

Our 450T–700T Hydraulic Gantry systems are engineered to provide unique rigging solutions for a multitude of lifting challenges. They are especially useful in situations where work needs to be performed in confined spaces or low overhead areas where overhead cranes cannot be used. Our gantry systems are also easy to transport which brings value and efficiency to your project needs.

Hydraulic Strand Jacks

Edwards’ Hydraulic Strand Jacks generate a lifting capacity of 800 tons and offer unique lifting solutions for complex and heavy lifts. Our current system was utilized to lift the longest precast segmental bridge in North America at 325 feet.

Hydraulic Lock-N-Slide System

Our Hydraulic Lock-N-Slide System is designed to maintain total control of your load utilizing an innovative push/pull capability and has a 500–1000 ton capacity. It provides safe and optimal lifting capability in energized plants and substations or any other area with minimum head room therefore eliminating the need and expense for cranes. Its modular and unlimited length capability along with rapid mobilization, ease of assembly and handling, multi-directional and self-supporting capability, and mini-slides for close tolerance jobs make it a great tool for a wide variety of lifting projects.

Hydraulic Turntable

Our custom engineered Hydraulic Turntable is THE solution for lifting and re-positioning of heavy equipment or machinery. The Hydraulic Turntable creates a platform for quick and easy rotation of components for removal and replacement, especially in crowded industrial environments.

Hydraulic Unified Jacking Systems & Climbing Jacks

Edwards’ Hydraulic Unified Jacking Systems & Climbing Jacks allow for a continuously unified jacking motion throughout the jacking process; perfect when lifting heavy loads that are fully assembled. Our Climbing Jacks allow for even extension of the jack regardless of center of gravity and offer efficiency, due to not having to re-position the jacks.
